User Survey & Contest November 2023

At Netcoins, we believe in continuously improving our services to meet your evolving needs. That's why we need your valuable input! We’re inviting all Canadian user, with the exception of Quebec residents, to participate in our user survey to help us gain a deeper understanding of your trading expertise and the diverse personas that make up our user base. Every user who completes the survey will automatically be entered in a draw to win $250 CAD in credit . 2 lucky winners will be selected to have their Netcoins accounts directly funded with the prize money.

Official Rules:

Eligibility: The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada, with the exception of residents of Quebec. Prize Claim Requirement: To claim a prize, winners must correctly answer a skill-testing question. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter the contest. Entry Method: To enter the draw, complete the user research survey by November 6th, 2023. Entry Limit: Each person is allowed to enter the contest only once; multiple entries will result in disqualification. Prizes: There are two prizes of $250 in credit on the Netcoins platform available to be won, with a total approximate retail value of all prizes amounting to CAD $500. Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by email. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven days, fails the mathematical skill-testing question, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating, you unconditionally agree to these official rules and the decisions of Netcoins, as well as their interpretation, which will be at Netcoins' sole discretion. Participants are solely responsible for their own actions and agree to release Netcoins and its related entities (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") from any liability for losses, damages, or injuries resulting from their participation in the contest or the receipt or use of a prize. Account Requirement: To be eligible, you must have a verified and active Netcoins account. Data Usage: Data collected from the surveys and contest may be used for marketing, research, and any other purpose at Netcoins' discretion. General Conditions: Netcoins and its related parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; any issues related to the Contest website; or any entry not received by Netcoins due to technical or human errors. Netcoins reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest for any reason, without prior notice, including if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. If the Contest is terminated early, a potential winner may be chosen from all eligible entries received at the time of termination. Governing Law: The Contest is governed by the laws of Canada, and by participating, winners and entrants agree to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, provincial, and local courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website related to Netcoins or the Contest or undermine its legitimate operation may violate criminal and civil laws, and Netcoins reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
