  • Marketing Performance & Creative Coordinator

    Remote, Marketing | $60,000 - $80,000 CAD

    We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Performance & Creative Coordinator to play a pivotal role in blending data insights with creative marketing execution. This cross-functional position involves collaborating across departments (such as sales, product, design, and customer success) to prepare insightful reports on marketing performance while also ideating, creating, and launching engaging campaigns that drive results. Ideal for someone who loves turning data into stories and bringing creative ideas to life.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Gather, analyze, and interpret marketing and business data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, ad platforms, email tools, social media analytics) to assess campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and key trends.
    • Create and deliver clear, visually engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting marketing KPIs, ROI, attribution, funnel performance, and growth insights.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives, translating data findings into practical recommendations.
    • Plan, design, and execute creative marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, email, paid ads, content, events, or web), including concept brainstorming, copywriting, visual asset creation (or collaboration with designers), and A/B testing.
    • Support strategic marketing planning by contributing data-backed insights to shape future campaigns and priorities.
    • Support with lead generation for the sales team.


    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
    • Crypto Experience
    • Relevant experience in marketing analytics, reporting, campaign coordination, or a similar hybrid role (agency or in-house preferred).
    • Demonstrated ability to prepare and present marketing reports/dashboards with strong attention to detail and clear storytelling.
    • Proficiency with data tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
    • Familiarity with creative & CRM tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hubspot, or Figma.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills to work effectively across teams.
    • Ability to balance analytical tasks with creative work in a fast-paced environment.


    Salary and Benefits

    • The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000, based on experience and qualifications.

  • Front End Mobile Developer

    Remote, Engineering | $90,000 - $115,000 CAD

    We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Front End React Native Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our Engineering team. You will be instrumental in the development, enhancement, and optimization of our fast-paced cryptocurrency trading mobile platform, all while contributing to a 100% remote work environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the mobile experience in the fintech space.


    What We're Looking For

    The ideal candidate is passionate about shaping the mobile experience and possesses:

    • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in mobile frameworks like React Native and Expo, with a strong understanding of the mobile development lifecycle for both iOS and Android.
    • Engineering Excellence: A commitment to code quality, demonstrated by a strong focus on implementing robust automated unit and integration tests. You are comfortable with a balance of engineering new solutions and maintaining existing robust systems.
    • Fintech Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mobile application development, preferably in the fintech, financial services, or cryptocurrency industry.
    • Technical Depth: Experience integrating mobile applications with backend services via RESTful APIs and a proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and security.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with product management, design, QA, and other engineering teams in a cross-functional, remote setting.


    What You'll Be Doing

    • Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable mobile app solutions for our cryptocurrency platform, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
    • Feature Engineering: Build intuitive user interfaces, develop new features, fix bugs, and address performance issues across both iOS and Android platforms using JS, React Native and related tools.
    • Code Quality & Testing: Lead testing, debugging, and optimization efforts. Implement robust automated unit and integration tests to ensure the platform's stability, security, and performance.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with junior developers, back-end and front-end teams, designers, and cross-functional partners in Product Management and QA throughout the entire app lifecycle.
    • Technical Guidance: Participate in regular code reviews, share technical knowledge, and provide guidance on mobile development projects to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery.
    • Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends in mobile development and architecture, identifying opportunities for process and technological improvement to enhance team productivity.


    Bonus Points

    • Experience with supporting tools such as Node.js, npm, and yarn.
    • Familiarity with native mobile development (Swift, Flutter, or Kotlin) for debugging or building custom modules.
    • Prior experience with state management libraries like Redux in a large-scale application.
    • Proficiency in continuous integration (CI) pipelines and deployment systems, including Cloudflare Pages or comparable industry-standard build tools.
    • Experience with backend technologies like PHP, Golang, C, or Java is a plus.

  • Business Development Executive

    Remote, Canada | Base: $60K-$120K | OTE: $150K-$225K

    Netcoins is growing — and we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help drive revenue across our Sales and Trading business.

    This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and expanding sales & trading activity across corporate, institutional and high-net-worth clients. You’ll be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, activating clients, and deepening existing relationships while working closely with Compliance, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver a seamless trading experience.

    You’ll also represent Netcoins at industry events and play a key role in shaping our sales strategy, product direction, and long-term growth.


    💼 What You’ll Do

    Business Development & Client Growth

    • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities while expanding existing client relationships
    • Execute structured outbound and inbound outreach for onboarding and activation
    • Develop business plans aligned to revenue targets and performance goals
    • Monitor crypto market trends to uncover strategic growth opportunities

    Relationship Management & Trading Support

    • Build scalable funnels for outreach, onboarding, activation, and account expansion
    • Manage client relationships to promote Netcoins trading and OTC services
    • Support deal execution through presentations and closing high-value opportunities
    • Service OTC clients end-to-end — from quoting trades to driving increased trading volume

    Compliance & CRM

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Compliance, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver exceptional client experiences

    📋 CIRO Certification Requirement

    • Meet Registered Representative or Investment Representative proficiency requirements
    • Complete ongoing CIRO continuing education as required


    ✅ What We’re Looking For


    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Sales, or related field
    • CSC or CIRE preferred
    • U.S. securities certifications considered an asset

    Experience

    • 5+ years in sales or business development (crypto, financial services, or trading strongly preferred)
    • Proven success managing client relationships and closing complex deals

    Skills

    • Strong CRM proficiency and pipeline management
    • Solid understanding of OTC spot trading and market structure
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to drive revenue through strategic outreach and relationship building

    💰 Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: $60,000–$120,000 (based on experience)
    • OTE: $150,000–$225,000
